At meetings there are certain jobs which need doing, these are delegated to 'stewards' and we take it in turns to hold these positions each week.
First Steward's Responsibilities
Greets the guest speaker, organises drink and choice of meal.
Accompanies speaker on the top table and makes a vote of thanks after their talk
Second Steward's Responsibilities
Sets up the room with flags, bell etc., completes 'Order of Business Form' (either download from our Private Area or they are also kept at reception).
Says grace when called upon and clears away at end of meeting.
Raffle Steward's Responsibilities
Obtain glass from bar and raffle tickets from the Secretary and
present folded tickets in the glass to top table and proceeds to Treasurer.
